Eliel is a breathwork and tarot teacher who’s practicing celibacy as a way of manifesting his goals. We talk about sexual energy, baby animals and what happens when you stop chasing immediate gratification. Eliel shares breathwork techniques for harnessing life energy, as well as his own story of overcoming addiction and procrastination - and how manifestation became a tool for changing his life.
what if sex could set you free? it's time for a f*cking revolution.
Hello and welcome to fucking my way to enlightenment. Today we're in Berlin with Eliel, who I've met through breath work and third classes, as you do. And we started chatting sex actually pretty soon, I think. Because I was um around that time almost recruited into a tantric cult somewhere in Thailand, and you were giving me a reading whether I should fuck about or not. And um that's how we met. And here we are talking about sex, banging, fucking. How do you making sweet love? What would you describe your sexual experiences? What the word words do you use?
SPEAKER_00Well, Kat, um firstly, thank you for inviting me uh to take part in this journey that you're starting. Yeah. Um so in regards to your question, uh I I like to say intimacy. I like to use the word intimacy only because it offers a broader spectrum. You know, when you say fucking, you're you're you're just you're picturing you know the raw sex of of things, yeah. When it's intimate, it implies um all the spectrums of pleasure, erotica. You know, there's there's more than one way to to connect with someone. And yeah, I I like to use the term intimacy.
SPEAKER_02Very sexy. What was your start of your journey in your with your sexuality? Tell me about your little when you were a little boy.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Um so I wasn't always this way, of course. You know, growing up in in Southern California and and in the in like the hip-hop culture and things like that.
SPEAKER_02Um stepdad ass. That's meaning rap rap. That's not gonna say rhyming, it's rapping.
SPEAKER_00Something like that, yeah. Um it was more rugged, more more um um one one-sided, you know. Fucking. Yeah, that's that's what it was. Yeah, but you know, you grow up and and perspectives change, and you know, for the better, I like to believe. And yeah, um I'm glad that I had that experience and got to see that part of the world, and you know, a lot of that is what pushed me towards the things that I'm um studying and practicing in today's world.
SPEAKER_02So which is maybe when I tell enlighten our viewers.
SPEAKER_00Well, um, you know, one of the practices that involves, I mean, it doesn't necessarily involve sex per se. It's more about the harnessing of the sexual energy, which is celibacy. And this is something that I started to practice um, you know, after I've read several books that make reference to it. And yeah, because I really got interested in like deep spiritual things, started to read books that um were occult, some would say. And sex magic. Perhaps one can say that, you know? Um and a lot of what I was reading made sense to me, and so then I started to practice it. Um, you know, I I have my phases, you know, I I I go for 30, 45 days, I'll break it, then try again. Um, and each time is different. Each time I have a different approach. And yeah, I'm currently in one of my um rounds. In one of my rounds, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Um how many days are we in? Who's counting?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you know, it's it's under 50. It's over 40 and under 50.
SPEAKER_02So I guess the rule says no masturbation, no sex, nothing.
SPEAKER_00Yes. Yes. Um and yeah, so this is just something that I'm I'm doing. And it's not gonna always be like this. Eventually I would like to to gain experience with with um actually having sexual encounters, you know. And yeah, um the the this thing about not having sexual encounters is more about me um creating my reality. Yeah. I think I think I'm in a point in life where where I really want to make things happen for myself. And when I say that make things happen for myself, it also includes others. You know, it's like if I'm manifesting this light that is guiding my way, but this light is also meant to guide others, you know? And I realize that you know you have to make sacrifices sometimes, and this is one of the sacrifices I'm making.
SPEAKER_02Um It's a big sacrifice.
SPEAKER_00There has been some challenging moments.
SPEAKER_02Were you tempted? Would you have like hiccups when you slipped without really wanting to?
SPEAKER_00What do you mean?
SPEAKER_02Like you really wanted to keep the round going, but then an opportunity presented itself and you were like, fuck, and you did this.
SPEAKER_00There there was there's been moments, yes, when I would break my my round. Um and there has been moments when I stuck true to it. And I think that the moments where I stick true to it are now prevalent. In the beginning it was difficult, you know, especially when you know you have something being dangled in front of you, and you're just like, okay, I'll I I I did enough, you know.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00It was it was long enough.
SPEAKER_02I've suffered for so long.
SPEAKER_00I've suffered enough already. Yeah. But but the thing is that, you know, when I would succumb to this weakness, I would regret it afterwards. Yes, of course, I was enjoying what whatever took place, but afterwards I felt like the depletion of it, you know, and and yeah, it I always ended up being mad at myself, you know, and so so then it's like, I am I gonna do this or not? You know, and yeah, I I think this is something very important and that every man should learn about. You know, and I think we should, before we even become men, you know, boys should learn about this so we can have a better grasp of who we are, what we are, and what we can do, what energy is, what creation is, what's behind creation, what's behind for for men. I I can only speak for the male experience, you know, it's it's what's behind this this conquering, what's behind this this invention, you know, what's behind all of this fire, right? It's it's that it's that um harnessing of that energy. And my life has changed since I started to practice this.
SPEAKER_02Um so just to back track for people who don't really know what sexual energy, what would you how would you describe it as? What is sexual energy for you?
SPEAKER_00Well, the thing is is that what is spiritual energy? Yeah, and when you for me at least, I've come to the conclusion that spiritual energy is the same as sexual energy, you know, and everything comes from spirit. Everything that you see comes from what you don't see, yeah. And yeah, so sexual energy is very powerful, potent, and it is behind every source of creation. Yeah. Whether if it's this dimension or or a different one, you know, sexual energy exists in every dimension, you know, and and and yeah, it's it's it's behind everything that's created, you know, and and as a man, I've come to the conclusion that if you harness it and you have a goal, I mean you can't just be celibate without a goal, at least from my perspective. Maybe there's someone else who has a different opinion, which is also okay. But if for me, I'm I'm not expecting to receive some enlightening moment like Buddha style, you know.
SPEAKER_02Oh, really? I I do. And I'm not even celibate. I just want to get it on the plate.
SPEAKER_00I mean, that that also would be cool. Yeah, you know, but my main intention is to is to manifest. Um manifest my goal, make it a reality. And that is in the world of wellness, creating opportunities for myself and basically um establishing certain techniques that I've been developing while studying things like like tarot and practicing things like breath work and studying what what symbols are and what what's what energy is behind symbols and and you know sigils and things like that. You know, sexual energy is is is magic. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02So you're basically not depleting, you're not using it for coming, you're using it to channel it and transform it into manifestation of your goals. That's kind of it in a nutshell.
SPEAKER_00Something in a nutshell, yes.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, okay. So I guess when people are when sex practices are all about rushing into completion and just ejaculation, I guess, the ejaculation just depletes that energy.
SPEAKER_00Well, yeah, it gets released. You know, whatever it is that you've been building up, whatever it is that has been magnetizing is just released and it's no it no longer has that magnetism, you know. Um and when it comes to rushing, yeah, I mean I un I understand because I mean there's there's that desire to come, there's that desire to feel that orgasm, you know, and and we live in a world where you know we let's do this quick, you know. And yeah, we don't we don't necessarily grow up in an environment where we learn that taking it slow could actually, you know, and I and I don't mean like by taking it slow, like oh wait six months until you you know it's like taking it slowly.
SPEAKER_02It's not a 17th century.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's like taking it slow, it's just caress, massage, some foreplay. You know, some foreplay in the mix and and you know, bond, you know, some something like that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you know, but I got time for this these days.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you know, it's just scroll or swipe, come, you know, five minutes, bounce, and then do it again and again. You know, it it loses its its sacredness, it loses its you know, it's it's its flair, I guess. Yeah, it's it becomes nothing. You know, especially if you're if you're having like partner after partner after partner, then there really is no no connection, no, then then you feel empty. And I'm speaking from experience, you know, it's like there comes a point where it's like, you know, I mean, I remember at first this was so exciting, and now it's like like I'm just going through the motion. You know, it's not um yeah. I mean, I had my my my chapters in life when I was like, you know, bartending.
SPEAKER_02Well I was I was bartending and majority of people I had sex with were bartenders, like 99% of people probably. I mean now it's changing, but I used to work in the booze industry for years, so it was just easier. No, they dare serving you alcohol. If you stay up to hours, you get to bang on the bar. Cocks usually wouldn't work because you know too much coke and booze, so but you know, it was fun.
SPEAKER_00I bet. I had my my fair share of clientele, you bang extracular services. Yeah, I was for some years bartending in in in the touristic areas in Mexico, so it was like very international and oh, so you were like the local that were taking care of the white ladies that were visiting. I've had opportunities, yeah. That I definitely took advantage of. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Kudos to you.
SPEAKER_00Hey, thank you.
SPEAKER_02Awesome. And I guess now it's this podcast also came kind of in alignment with what you do as well. So rather than the I mean synchronicity that maybe we've um we ended up connecting over this and talking about that right in the podcast too. So beautiful.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I I I agree. This actually, when I got your message, um, you know, it it it felt so aligned, you know, um, because there was a moment where I was where because I've been doing this um meditative practice that includes breath work and visualization and things like that. And um for a moment I started to feel like nothing was happening. You know, I'm doing this every day, and I'm I'm I'm I'm organizing these classes that I'm creating, like I'm I'm mixing tarot, tarot symbolism with breath work. And today I did my first actual organized tarot breathwork class, by the way. And I felt that I was not really seeing anything happen, and then I got your message. You know, but this was like in the moment where I was thinking about it, and then bam, it's like, yo, what's up, boo? I was like, oh. I was like, there you are, cat. Yeah, yeah. And so yeah, I have to say that this came in the the correct time.
SPEAKER_02Perfect. So um maybe you can tell us a little more about what exactly is the practice that you do. If you would give some people who maybe haven't studied what you studied, how they can practice a little bit of that. Like what do they do? How does the breath work or what do they do with the muscles?
SPEAKER_00Or so um breath work has to be, in my opinion, of course, other people can have their opinions, which is also okay.
SPEAKER_02We're not interested in anyone else's opinion. So we don't have to be like, which is just my opinion. No, and we want your opinion. It's all good.
SPEAKER_00So I think you have to enter breath work with an intention. So the first time that I actually took breath work serious and and practiced it for for I think the first time it was like 15 days straight with the intention of no longer smoking. Um because I had this really terrible addiction to weed. Yeah, like every day. Yeah, every day I was very heavily, then my pockets were becoming a little bit empty, and I was like, this isn't, and I wasn't really, I was like procrastinating with with my goals. I wasn't doing anything, scrolling and listening to good music, not doing nothing. Anyways, I I went with the intention of stop smoking. And I did this technique that I learned when I was studying hypnotherapy. And I kind of mixed that along with this um Wim Hof technique. And the reason that I mixed it with the Wim Hof technique is because I utilize his app. The app, yeah. And so after 15 days, like my first, second, third round, whatever, I would still, I I would still smoke and and no things were were the way that it that it was. And yeah, like once the 15th day came, I didn't even feel the the urge. I didn't, I didn't, yeah, I I had no appetite for it. And I was like, okay, wow, this is definitely something that is life-changing. And yeah, I started to study breath work then. Yeah, this is before I became a breath work facilitator. And yeah, at first I was like, yeah, you know, it's just breathing. I've been doing it my whole life. Sure, that's what everybody thinks. Yeah, yeah. You you start to learn about it and and and you see what happens, you know, like the Bort effect is is the regulation of the carbon, the the carbon and the oxygen, yeah. And the way that it's explained, and uh of course I connect what I'm learning scientifically with like things that I'm learning in the occult. Right. And you know, when it comes to oxygen and carbon, that um I've read where it was referenced as the logos, which is um it's a spiritual thing that um you know could be depicted as this intelligence that concerns itself with the with with life. Yeah. Um of course it goes so much deeper than that, but just for time's sake, yeah, it's um yeah, and and and so then I'm I'm connecting it with with consciousness, with with air, the air we breathe, oxygen, it's it's consciousness. Yeah, and so combining all of this with the power of the mind, with visualization, with breath holds, and and and all of this with hypoxia, you know, you you you put all of these things together and you start to really create inner transformation. And then when I'm harnessing my sexual energy and applying these techniques with that little muscle tightening, when I'm visualizing and then I'm feeling these tingling sensations, it's like if I'm recreating my vibe.
SPEAKER_01Wow.
SPEAKER_00You know, and and and the more that you do it, the more that you you you you discipline yourself and you stick to it, eventually this world that you're creating within yourself, the inner world, it's going to reflect in the external world. Yeah. And I've been seeing that. Yeah, it doesn't happen immediately, you know. It takes time, like everything, time in the dimension of time. That's where we create, you know, and yeah, so so my technique includes a lot of visualization um and breath work, breath holds. I like to work with symbols.
SPEAKER_02And the muscle, you've mentioned the muscle movement too. What do you do?
SPEAKER_00So it's it's it's that muscle that um, you know, when we want to hold, when we urinate and we want to hold it, we like use that muscle, and then you know, we can stop ourselves from peeing and things like that. That muscle, it's when I first heard about this, I was like, yeah, whatever. Just like a lot of things that when I first learned about, I'm like, yeah, whatever. But once I start to actually, you know, um tune myself into my body, you know, I I become aware of how how powerful and necessary these things are, you know, by by utilizing this muscle precisely when I'm doing my breath holds and visualizations and you know, basically creating that reality within myself. I I I use those muscles, that muscle, uh, I just give it some pinches and I start to feel these tingling sensations. It's like some energy is coming up, yeah. Yeah, and and you know, it's it's of course it's the beginning of my journey, I believe. Yeah, I I still have a broader spectrum in the world of sexual energy to explore, but this the the beginning steps are within myself first.
SPEAKER_02That's incredible. Powerful shit, yo.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I tell me about it.
SPEAKER_02How much are you missing sex though with someone when you're on the streets? Also, tell me who you fancy. What what attracts you in the person?
SPEAKER_00Um I'm I'm attracted to shy girls. I like I like you know girls that are shy that I can teach things to cute, but also kind of creepy. Who's that creepy?
SPEAKER_02I don't know. You kind of want someone who's not that into you. I think she's into you maybe, but just shy.
SPEAKER_00Just shy. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Not someone who's not up for it.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, just uh someone shy who who, you know, um yeah, just kind of like um surrenders willingly, of course. Yeah. Um I like, you know, feminine, feminine, very feminine type.
SPEAKER_02Shy in the bedroom too?
SPEAKER_00No.
SPEAKER_02Okay, so freaking the sheets.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. What what is it? The uh lady in the streets with a freak in the sheets. Yeah. Yeah, that's very important.
SPEAKER_02Okay, so you're looking for an ideal, also a whore and a virgin at the same time. Classic.
SPEAKER_00I mean, if you put it that way, yeah. I mean I'm looking for a whore and a virgin. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. And um, yeah, I mean, uh, with what's we're trying to put it out this people also to learn a little bit from your experience. Um, what's your experience with like, you know, pornography these days and the rush to completion we've discussed a little bit before as well, you know, that people are so concerned with just like coming, that's the ultimate goal, and kind of forgetting about the journey that it's also just like, oh, it's meant to be pleasant. You meant to also notice that part too.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, um I I just I think that pornography itself is just detrimental to society. You know, we have such easy access to these things. It's you know, it's it's not helping in any way that benefits society. You know, it's teaching boys that girls like to uh be intimate in ways that they actually don't. You know, like be it's because of pornography that at times I Would I would like try to be intimate with a girl in a way, and she doesn't necessarily like it, right? And it's like, well, the girls in the video liked it, you know, so I'm you know, like, why doesn't she like it? You know, like, oh, she's probably shy. She probably doesn't, you know, or whatnot. And so then in my brain, I'm like really not understanding. You know, you you you think that girls like this. Um it's like it teaches you not to necessarily be intimate. It's more about the just get to the point. Skip step one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, all the way and just go to nine.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's just a hole really often. You just hold that you're banging and you're using the person. It's not about a person. There has been research that proves that when men watch porn, the part of their brain that gets activated is the one that is responsible for things, not humans. And that's what pornography does. It just thin, you know, it becomes a the person becomes a thing that you just use for your own pleasure.
SPEAKER_00So yeah, and and also it also creates problems. You know, you you get this addiction to porn, right? And then what are you doing? You're basically depleting yourself, you're releasing and releasing and releasing, and then you're you're you're really not like how you said, you're not, you're not really looking at them like they're people, you know, and and I mean you're not doing yourself any favors. You know, you're not you're not really teaching yourself how to treat women, you're not really teaching yourself how to be intimate and please women, you know, because it's not just pleasing yourself, it's more about each other, yeah. And yeah, I I I mean, I wouldn't say that I prefer for it to be illegal, just not easily accessible, you know, to where an 11-year-old, a nine-year-old can can you know, log on log on and log in and you know, start his journey of an addiction.
SPEAKER_02Well, and then on the other side, there's also pornography made with nine-year-olds too. You know, that's another dark side of that.
SPEAKER_00That's so unfortunate.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00It really is.
SPEAKER_02And also we've talked about a little bit, like, you know, if you're jerking off that many times in a day, you're depleting yourself of that energy too, and you see people who are then affected by the fact that they don't really want to do anything. Just you're depleted from that drive, creative drive. So you're just kind of procrastinating and yeah, not necessarily having a purpose and a push to do stuff.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00You know, they're there it could be that, you know, once they get out of work, they're they're just eager to get home so that they can open their Pepsi or their Mountain Dew and their whatever processed chips, Cheetos or whatever, and then so many American references. And then just put on some porn and start going at it. You know, I'm I'm I imagine that you know this this could be the case. Um yeah, it's it's like I said, you know, if if it were to me, it would be difficult to access. You know, you would have to maybe register for it or or you know, or we live in a dream world.
SPEAKER_02I love it. Yeah, of course.
SPEAKER_00Of course, you know, don't we all?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, sure. Um and uh were you at did you have access to pornography in school when you were like young? No.
SPEAKER_00No. Maybe like period periodically, like one of us would come come through with a magazine. One time I found one in the trash. I was like, I was like seven. Yeah, and I remember I was like, ooh, like it was such a big thing, you know. Um, but yeah, it wasn't easily accessible for me growing up.
SPEAKER_02And um did you notice like a difference in like um since you started doing celibacy? Do you get like more or less attention from people, from men, women?
SPEAKER_00I would say that yes.
SPEAKER_02More? Well. I mean, when you told me when they met and you told me you celebrated, I was like, oh damn, it's done in the works.
SPEAKER_00Well, yeah, I I I would say yes. There definitely are situations where people approach me. Um the other day I was skating and this girl asked me if she can use my skateboard. She was like walking by and she just I had my headphones on, she's like, yeah, you know, things like that. Um there's been several two occasions where like these little baby animals um like approach me.
SPEAKER_02Uh for sexual favors?
SPEAKER_00No.
SPEAKER_02I'm like, that's the next level. I'm like a little baby bird was like, oh, so good dick.
SPEAKER_00That's another level of pornography right there. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Uh which obviously we do not propagate here.
SPEAKER_00No, no.
SPEAKER_02Um okay. So what's with the baby animals?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it just it just happens. Um there's been two times when I when I did like uh a long time with my celibacy practice. The first time um I was jogging and I there like a little baby squirrel that was lost or something, and it ran towards me. Yeah. Daddy. Yeah, like like it just ran towards me, you know, and I just, you know, grabbed it and put it on a tree. I didn't know, you know, I don't know what to do. Um the second time was like uh maybe like three, five days ago. Um yeah, there was like a baby crow on the ground. There was like people surrounding it, and it wasn't they were like trying to grab it, it wasn't letting them, and it kind of like hopped towards me, and then I reached down and picked it up and it let me, you know, it it um yeah, and and and people even commented, like, wow, it's calm when he holds it, and I was like, hey. I'm an baby animal is correct. Yeah, you know, just twice this has happened, you know.
SPEAKER_02Um three is a pattern, so we're not gonna say it's a thing yet. Let's see if you get a third one.
SPEAKER_00But if you know, um there's this there's this saying, or not this saying, but I read in this book, The Alchemist, and it's stuck to my head. Um, the alchemist in the book said that if something happens once, then it might not happen again. But if something happens twice, then more than likely a third will occur.
SPEAKER_02So keep us posted.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02See what which one it's gonna be. Baby giraffe.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I'm hoping like a little baby leopard or something when I'm back in Mexico. Yeah, you know, and it just comes to me and you know it becomes my pal.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Were you tempted to keep any of the animals?
SPEAKER_00I was tempted to keep the crow. Um, but I saw that it had like a deficiency in his legs. He couldn't stand.
SPEAKER_02You were like, I don't wanna I don't wanna have one whose legs don't work.
SPEAKER_00No, no, no.
SPEAKER_02If he was fully functioning, I would have taken him home.
SPEAKER_00I took him home.
SPEAKER_02Oh yeah, you did.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I took him home. Uh the thing is that I wanted to get him help. And you know, through my own naivety, I took him to a clinic. And like I really had these hopes that for some reason they were gonna fix his legs, you know. And yeah, I I I left him there at the clinic the next day. Um I um I called and they had told me that they had put him down. No, yeah, and I and in my mind I was like, man, I was a little bit sad, you know. Like I named him and everything. I was thinking like I'm gonna go visit him. You know, I had this whole thing in my mind already, and and I was just I was a little bit upset with myself because if I would have I would have just kept him, you know, like he was healthy bird, the only thing he couldn't stand. And we could have found a solution somewhere. Murderers, yeah. I was already like my dreams of teaching him how to find money for me on the street and his crush, you know.
SPEAKER_02What a little disciple you'd have. And people maybe people would just give him money anyway because he had like fucked up legs.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, exactly. You know, take him around and do tricks.
SPEAKER_02What how did you name him?
SPEAKER_00Norbert.
SPEAKER_02Norbert.
SPEAKER_00How cute. My little Norbert, man. Yeah. Rest in peace.
SPEAKER_02Rest in peace, indeed. Let's take a moment of silence. Okay, enough. And um boys? You attract boys as well?
SPEAKER_00I'm sorry? Boys? Um you mean like like gay dudes? Yeah. Yeah. Um, there's been on some occasions where I've been approached, you know. Actually, this is when I came to the conclusion um why sometimes girls um aren't so open to being approached all the time. You know, there's there's you know, there's this thing that where it's like, okay, you're approaching and you're trying to talk, and and I can tell you're gay, but to me it doesn't really matter. You're a human being, and so then I'm I'm I'm I'm open to communication. But they misunderstand that to as like an invitation. And there's been situations to where I kind of have to be like, like, back up, bro, like you know, it's it's it's not for all that, you know. I'm just addressing you as a human being, and you're over here trying to like nah, you know.
SPEAKER_02Classic. A waitress smiled at me, it means she wants to fuck me.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you know, and and you know, it's like a little touch, and then it's like, oh bro, like just please don't touch me. Like, I don't really like all that, you know, and again, and then it's just like, do I need to get aggressive? You know, and then it's like I get it. Yeah, this is why, you know, it's why we don't smile to nobody. This is why they don't be smiling, you know.
SPEAKER_02Whenever someone asks me on the street what time is it, and I'm like, what is time anyway? Yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_00Fuck off. Yeah, exactly. Exactly, you know, and it and it makes sense. Yeah, you know, it makes sense, and this is why we go back. This is why I'm saying to teach boys about sexual energy, help them practice celibacy with a goal in mind. You know, the world will change. Yeah, the world would definitely change. Is that gonna happen? I don't see it happening.
SPEAKER_02Well, let's be positive.
SPEAKER_00I don't see no government-funded school systems teaching celibacy.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I know. You can start one though. Huh?
SPEAKER_00That's a great one. Let's see.
SPEAKER_02Maybe somebody in the comments let us know if you're interested in celibacy school.
SPEAKER_00Exactly.
SPEAKER_02Some techniques and stuff. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00I already have some um criteria that I can start to teach.
SPEAKER_02There you go. Implement. You gotta survive. Yeah, exactly. Um yeah, I mean, with the approach and desperation of men too. I mean, I've read some stats the other day is that majority, nine out of ten men actually will try to lie to get the woman to to bed. You know, really that desperation seeping in there. And actually, what is hot is I was recently invited to an experience uh with multiple people. It was a couple I was gonna have a threesome with. And the guy that was messaging me, he was like, you know, nothing can happen, nothing has to happen. Come over, we're gonna give you a forehand tantric massage, but also just see how you feel. We don't have to do anything, and just that reassurance that nothing has to happen, that it's that was like, oh, they'll be fuckery. I'm definitely in, you know. It's just like when somebody's giving you that space and says it doesn't have to happen. That's when you're like, oh, that relaxes you makes you feel like there's so much room for consent and hearing you out that that's what makes you fucking wet. You're like, I'm ready. Take that note. Yeah, yeah, take notes, take notes, everyone. I'm open for more threesomes. Um girls get a hobby to me. I've always been an overachiever, I like to multitask. So um but yeah, boys, have it hard these days, let's be honest. You know, male and loneliness epidemic, AI girlfriends.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I understand. But we also live in an age where I don't like to get political, right? I don't like to take a stance because you know sometimes there's a valid point on this side, and then there's a valid point on this side. But then sometimes there's just some outrageous things on from this side and some outrageous things from this side. Anyways, what I'm saying is I think that in today's world there are certain political agendas that are creating a division between men and men and women, you know, where we are being taught to look at each other like if we're from different worlds or if we're some um um like if we're enemies. Yeah, you know, and that's just really there's no harmony in that. There's that there is no solution in creating a division. You know, there's there that's the opposite of harmony. And what we would like, in my opinion, is harmony, you know, and and for for us to to arrive there, we have to accept each other. Yeah, we have to you know this it's it's how life is. You know, there's there's no need to be in competition. There's there is no competition. You know, it's it's it's uh just this ideal that's being uh this this uh perspective that is being implanted in in all of our youth into seeing this world in a way that doesn't necessarily coincide with nature. Yeah. Um I don't have all the answers.
SPEAKER_02Oh, definitely not, I've noticed.
SPEAKER_00But I do see that um we're not approaching a solution. We're approaching more of division and hatred towards, you know.
SPEAKER_02Each other and yourself. The more you hate the others, you're kind of reflecting your own self-hate.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and and I mean we live we we really do live in a world, and in in in regards to like the lonely man epidemic, which you know like lonely man epidemic.
SPEAKER_02It's male loneliness epidemic, male loneliness, yeah. Like lonely man epidemic.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. You know, I I think it's it's it's more about you know, um, the world is different. You know, you know, there was a time when when you would you could approach you know people and and and talk, and there's some sort of now it's like people don't want to really even go there because of the potential, you know.
SPEAKER_02It's weird. I don't want to talk to no strangers. Who are you, you know?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's just it's weird in today's world, you know, which is unfortunate because I think that together we are stronger, separated we are weaker. That's what I think. Yeah, so deep. Yo, yo.
SPEAKER_02Uh would you get an II girlfriend?
SPEAKER_00No.
SPEAKER_02No. Yeah, I think also what links to that too is those unrealistic body standards, especially for women, obviously, too. But yeah, the more porn we watch and um the less we respect each other and hate on each other. There's there's also that part when you're like, no, then we're not really good enough when it comes to our looks and bombardment of what we see online out there. Um have you ever had anybody issues?
SPEAKER_00No.
SPEAKER_02You're like, I always have a God's body.
SPEAKER_00You know, I just I I've always been, you know, fit. Fitzgame. I've just been blessed with like a a a good metabolism, you know. Um yeah, I I don't really remember ever feeling like conscious of my body, you know. There are other things I would be conscious about or or you know, have some sort of issues with more penis consciousness with men, eh?
SPEAKER_02You're like, is my penis big enough, seeing other dicks and stuff?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I don't that hasn't been something for me either. Um yeah, it's yeah, no. Maybe maybe my height. You know, maybe my height. Only because my brother and sisters are all taller than me, you know, and I'm just like, ah, you know, you guys. How tall are you? I'm 5'8. I don't know, in European standards. I'm 5'8 too. Yeah, so I know. Yeah, but it's not necessarily something that um um I really I think about, you know? Yeah, it's um yeah, but I do think it's unfortunate the way that that this whole um body image is um thrown at women. You know, I think that's really where we're where it's at, you know. Um yeah, you know, I I think that it comes with age when you start to realize that, you know, like real beauty is is is you know what you have inside, the way that you behave, the you know, a nice person, uh someone that's cool to hang out with, someone that can, you know, um um reciprocate. You know, that's that's the real beauty, that's what you appreciate.
SPEAKER_02And if you're shy, obviously, that's also good.
SPEAKER_00And if you're you know, yeah, like just just a little shy at first, you know, and then and then afterwards you can't like stay shy, you know, like like you know, it's it's it's not about you know being a a dime piece, it's not about being a 10 in the physical. It's it's about being you know healthy, it's about having standards for yourself, be healthy and be a nice person, you know, be friendly, you know. That's where the real beauty is, I would, I would say. Of course, that wasn't always my opinion, but you know, like I said, it with age, with experience, and you've been living life, and then you've seen this side, you've seen that side, and it's just like, you know what, this is the best option, is someone who just has a good heart and is, you know, a teammate.
SPEAKER_02Wow. Yeah, I feel like after this, there'll be influx of messages of uh ladies into your inbox being like, please, can I break your next streak of celibacy, please? I want to see the health, I want you to see the health in me. Talking about division, male, female energy. Have you how are you bringing that in your sexual practices? Have you ever struggled with bringing either of the sides in you? Feminine and masculine.
SPEAKER_00Well, before I started to practice celibacy, I was a lot in my feminine. You know, there they're because I went through a divorce. And this divorce, like evaluating it and seeing where I went wrong and just being honest with myself. It's like, okay, I wasn't really in my masculine in this moment. I wasn't in my masculine in this moment, you know, and it's more about, you know, not always being in my masculine because then there's like an imbalance. You know, there has to be uh uh a moment when my masculine energy is dominant, and then there's a moment where my feminine energy is dominant, you know, just like night and day. There is a moment when the sun is dominant, and then there's a moment when the moon is dominant. You know, that's that's how nature works. You know, the sun and the moon can't be uh, you know, dominant at the same time. Otherwise, then you know the the rhythm of nature is not going to, it's gonna be chaos. But yeah, I I have learned a lot through practicing my celibacy and actually acknowledging certain things um in regards to my feminine energy that it's okay. You know, it's it's if you have emotions, it's okay. I mean, I'm not gonna go walk around crying in front of everyone, you know, but like like I'm not ashamed of it. You know, I'm I'm I'm a human being, and sometimes I feel emotions.
SPEAKER_02Sometimes I feel emotions. Very good.
SPEAKER_00We live in Germany or so I between between six and seven is is when I'm allowed. Allowed when I allow myself.
SPEAKER_02When was the last time you cried when I found out that numbered baby was murdered with cold blood?
SPEAKER_00Cold blood, yeah. I didn't cry, I just my my eyes got a little watery, the sun got in my eye. Yeah, I got a little emotional during that time, yeah.
SPEAKER_02So recently, okay. You pass. Because you're the only male guest so far on uh on my on our my show.
SPEAKER_01I'm very honored. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02We were making sure that we're paying you less. Payback template.
SPEAKER_00I'm used to it by now. Yeah, good, good. Good.
SPEAKER_02Um yeah, talking about energy as well. I mean, also how we met with that guru situation I was in. Have you ever experienced anyone who tried to manipulate sexual or out other types of energy around you? Using it to mischievous, menacing reasons?
SPEAKER_00Like in a guru sense?
SPEAKER_02Anyone who you kind of came across. Oh yeah, someone spiritual that kind of was using the energy for something not cool.
SPEAKER_00Not necessarily, but there have been times when um there have been encounters with gay men who are just trying to but you never know until you try it, you know.
SPEAKER_02That is so true.
SPEAKER_00You know, yeah, of course. But like but like you know, there's there's that type of manipulation and and you must suck.
SPEAKER_02It's like men who also tell two lesbians you're like, you're only lesbian because you haven't tried. My car. I must join you and teach you both ladies. How my two-minute rub on your thigh will change your life.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. You know, that type of manipulation. You know, on me, I I don't recall anyone trying to like sexually manipulate me in a way to where, you know, like they get me for money or anything like that.
SPEAKER_02Well, never say never.
SPEAKER_00Um it hasn't occurred yet.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. And uh maybe a beer, maybe you know, like oh, can I get a beer? Like, oh yeah. You know, when I was younger, but yeah, nothing major.
SPEAKER_02Well, shame missed out. Um any tips? We're almost wrapping up. Any tips for better sex for using that energy? I know we've kind of talked about the techniques, but I don't know if you want to sum it up with last kind of Yeah.
SPEAKER_00There definitely is power in visualization. There definitely is power in terms, and what I mean by that is if you're a man picturing yourself in the body of your woman.
SPEAKER_02Oh, picturing yourself in the body of a woman or particularly of your woman. Of your woman. What if you don't have your woman?
SPEAKER_00Well, then I'm not necessarily speaking to that person.
SPEAKER_02Okay, so you have to have a woman in mind.
SPEAKER_00Well, yeah. Well, we're talking about tips. Yeah, yeah, yeah. True, true, true, true, true. Yes. Yeah, so then yeah, it's it's it's about, you know, take some deep breaths, understand the importance of connecting the breath with visualization, putting yourself in her body as well, which creates a connection. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And you do that b when you're already with her or before you're with her? You're doing at home. When you're with her, okay.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, when you're with her at home. You know, you're creating this sense of connection. Yeah. And tension. Build tension. And you build attention with foreplay, with just touch. You know, you don't necessarily have to rip each other's clothes off immediately. Yeah, that phase happens, but you know, yeah, there's visualization, there's breath, there's tension. Do not release.
SPEAKER_02So don't come.
SPEAKER_00Try not to, man.
SPEAKER_02Is that what you're doing when you slip with it between your sh with your st streams of um streaks of celibacy? Yeah. So like the last time you broke your streak, you didn't come? I didn't come.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, last time I come.
SPEAKER_02Alright, so how what do you do to stop yourself from coming?
SPEAKER_00I either I say stop. Or I, you know, let it continue and just squeeze that muscle. You know? And it's not always successful 100%. Sometimes it's successful like 50%, you know, or 70%.
SPEAKER_02And if you squeeze that muscle, do you just not come, or does this orgasm happen somewhere else in the body? Because I know in tantric practices, also it happens that you can come somewhere else without ejaculation.
SPEAKER_00It's a different um I haven't experienced that yet. Because I haven't, I haven't, I also haven't practiced it often where I let it get to that point and I have to use that muscle. I have to do that more often for me to you know understand what they mean when they say you have this different type of orgasm. But but yeah, there there is um it's it's a different sensation. Yeah. And so yes, the tip would be, you know, don't don't come. Don't come. And and one of the things it's very simple, guys. Yeah, just don't come. Don't come, you know. And and you keep that, you keep that passion, you know, because afterwards, if you come, you're like, yeah, whatever, you know, turning around on the other side and being tired.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00But if you don't come, you still have that, uh, you know, like like you want to just still hug and touch, and you know, 20 minutes later you're like, you're trying to like go, you know, she's like, Oh, I'm going to sleep, and you're like, wait, like, you know, there's there's a there's this um raw passion that's still inside of you, you know, and I think that's that's a good way to keep you know the relationship fresh. I would say.
SPEAKER_02I I guess also that's the question always is about like when does lesbian sex end? Because you just keep going at it, and that's what happens. Maybe men men don't come too. That they just we just continue playing with each other, and then you decide it it ends when you feel like it ends, not when someone comes, and then that's that's it, you know. Exactly. Yeah, just constant play. Six hours long. Who has time for that stuff, girl? Final question. Can you fuck your way to enlightenment?
SPEAKER_00Yes. Yes, you can.
SPEAKER_02Or not fuck or not come your way to enlightenment.
SPEAKER_00You know, it I mean, I don't, you know, the people who are listening to this are not monks in some temple. They're people like you and me, I would say. And yeah, eventually there there could be a breakthrough. If you are serious about it, you know, and you're disciplined, then yeah, I would say yeah. You know, you definitely fuck your way to enlightenment.
SPEAKER_02Boom.
SPEAKER_00Boom.
